Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries Crispy and Flavorful Snack
Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
- 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

- to taste pepper
- for garnish fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- While the air fryer is heating, wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into thin fries, about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper. Toss well until the fries are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned sweet potato fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches).
- Air fry the sweet potato fries for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking. They should turn golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove the fries from the air fryer and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
💡 Chef's Notes
For extra heat, add more cayenne pepper.
