Apple Pie Overnight Oats Easy and Tasty Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 medium apple, diced (preferably Granny Smith for tartness)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 0.25 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
- 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped (for crunch)

Instructions
- In a medium bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats and almond milk. Stir well to ensure the oats are fully submerged.
- Add the diced apple, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, chia seeds, and Greek yogurt (if using) to the oat mixture, and mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to an airtight container or individual serving jars. Seal tightly.
