Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 0.25 cup pickles, finely chopped
- 0.33 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper. Set aside to cool slightly.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to create a burger spread.
- Lay a tortilla on a clean surface. Spread 1 tablespoon of the burger sauce evenly over the tortilla.
- Spoon ¼ of the cooked ground beef onto the center of the tortilla.
- Top the beef with a portion of crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and pickles.
- Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from the edge closest to you, folding in the sides as you go to create a secure roll.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
- Slice each roll-up into 1-2 inch pieces.
- Optionally, secure each piece with a toothpick for easy serving.
