Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 0.25 cup pickles, finely chopped
  • 0.33 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper. Set aside to cool slightly.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to create a burger spread.
  3. Lay a tortilla on a clean surface. Spread 1 tablespoon of the burger sauce evenly over the tortilla.
  4. Spoon ¼ of the cooked ground beef onto the center of the tortilla.
  5. Top the beef with a portion of crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and pickles.
  6. Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from the edge closest to you, folding in the sides as you go to create a secure roll.
  7. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
  8. Slice each roll-up into 1-2 inch pieces.
  9. Optionally, secure each piece with a toothpick for easy serving.

💡 Chef's Notes

Arrange the roll-ups on a serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley or a side of extra dipping sauce. Serve with crispy potato chips or a small salad for a complete meal!
