Caramel Apple Dip with Cream Cheese Delightful Treat
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- 0.25 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.5 cup caramel sauce
- 0.25 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 medium apples, cored and sliced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp work well)

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, warm the caramel sauce slightly in the microwave (about 15-20 seconds) until it’s pourable but not hot.
- Add the cinnamon to the caramel sauce and mix well.
- Layer the cream cheese mixture into the bottom of a serving dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Drizzle the caramel sauce evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- If desired, sprinkle chopped pecans or walnuts on top for added crunch and flavor.
