Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar (mix of sugar and ground cinnamon)
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 0 none Whipped cream (for topping)
  • 0 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, milk, caramel sauce, cinnamon sugar, vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and frothy. Feel free to adjust the amount of ice based on your desired thickness.
  3. Taste the mixture and add more caramel sauce or cinnamon sugar if desired; blend again until mixed.
  4. Drizzle caramel sauce along the inside of two tall glasses.
  5. Pour the frappe mixture into the glasses.
  6. Top each glass with a generous swirl of whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar, and a pinch of sea salt for contrast.
  7. Finish with an extra drizzle of caramel sauce over the whipped cream.

💡 Chef's Notes

Adjust the sweetness by adding more caramel or cinnamon sugar as desired.
