Caramel Snickerdoodle Frappe Delightfully Creamy Treat
Ingredients
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar (mix of sugar and ground cinnamon)
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 0 none Whipped cream (for topping)
- 0 pinch sea salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, milk, caramel sauce, cinnamon sugar, vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
- Blend on high until smooth and frothy. Feel free to adjust the amount of ice based on your desired thickness.
- Taste the mixture and add more caramel sauce or cinnamon sugar if desired; blend again until mixed.
- Drizzle caramel sauce along the inside of two tall glasses.
- Pour the frappe mixture into the glasses.
- Top each glass with a generous swirl of whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar, and a pinch of sea salt for contrast.
- Finish with an extra drizzle of caramel sauce over the whipped cream.
