Chicken Alfredo Roll Ups Creamy and Tasty Delight
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 8 large tortillas (your choice: flour or whole wheat)
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- to taste Salt and pepper
- for garnish Chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Spread a small amount of Alfredo sauce on a tortilla. Place a generous scoop of the chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Once all roll-ups are in the dish, pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top, making sure to cover all of the roll-ups.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over the Alfredo sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Feel free to use either flour or whole wheat tortillas.
