Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 8 large tortillas (your choice: flour or whole wheat)
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Spread a small amount of Alfredo sauce on a tortilla. Place a generous scoop of the chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  5. Once all roll-ups are in the dish, pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top, making sure to cover all of the roll-ups.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over the Alfredo sauce.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

💡 Chef's Notes

Feel free to use either flour or whole wheat tortillas.
