- 4 ears medium ears of sweet corn, husked
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Husk the corn, removing all silk and any brown threads.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, lime juice, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over each ear of corn, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the corn directly on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
- Once done, remove the corn from the grill and let it cool for a minute.
- Sprinkle with additional chili powder and fresh cilantro before serving.
