Ingredients
- 4 ears fresh corn, husked

- 1 lime zest
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika

- optional Cotija cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, lime zest, lime juice, chili powder, smoked paprika, and salt until well combined.
- Spread the chili lime butter mixture evenly over each ear of corn, ensuring they are generously coated.
- Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the corn is tender and slightly charred.
- Remove the corn from the grill, and if desired, sprinkle with crumbled Cotija cheese and chopped cilantro for an added burst of flavor.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
