Chili Lime Grilled Corn Fresh and Flavorful Delight
Ingredients
- 4 ears fresh corn, husked
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 lime zested and juiced
- 0.25 cup cotija cheese, crumbled

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, chili powder, cayenne pepper, lime zest, and lime juice. Mix well to create a flavorful marinade.
- Brush the corn with the chili lime marinade on all sides, ensuring it's well coated. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
- Place the corn directly on the grill. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes, until the corn is nicely charred and tender.
- Once grilled, remove the corn from the grill and let it cool slightly.
- While still warm, sprinkle the cotija cheese over the corn, ensuring it adheres to the grilled surface.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro for a fresh finish.
