- 3 pieces ripe bananas, mashed
- 1.33 cup melted coconut oil
- 0.5 cup brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and melted coconut oil, stirring until well combined.
- Add in the brown sugar and mix until smooth.
- Stir in the beaten egg and vanilla extract, ensuring everything is mixed evenly.
- Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture, then gently fold them in.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
