Ingredients

Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix the softened butter with the brown sugar and granulated sugar until creamy and well combined.
- Add the cream cheese and vanilla extract to the bowl, continuing to mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour and pinch of salt, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the milk, a little at a time, until you reach your desired dip consistency. You want it to be smooth and creamy, but not too runny.
- Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dip.
- Transfer the cookie dough dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill and firm up a bit before serving.
