Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip Perfect for Parties
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 0.75 cup brown sugar
- 0.25 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 0.5 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 1 serving assorted dippers (optional)
Instructions
- To eliminate any potential bacteria in the raw flour, spread it on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes. Allow it to cool before using.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat on medium speed until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of milk, beating until well combined.
- Gradually add the cooled flour and salt to the butter mixture, mixing until combined. If the dip seems too thick, gradually add a bit more milk for desired consistency.
- Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
