Ingredients

Instructions
- Line an 8x8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
- In a medium saucepan, over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract until well incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, mix the creamy peanut butter until it is smooth and ready for incorporation.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the bowl with the peanut butter. Stir together until fully combined, and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- If using, fold in the chopped nuts for added texture.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top for an extra flavor boost.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once firm, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares.
