Ingredients

  • 1 banana frozen for creaminess
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any preferred milk
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional for sweetness)
  • a pinch sea salt
  • as needed ice cubes for desired thickness

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen banana, peanut butter, chocolate protein powder, almond milk, cocoa powder, honey (if using), and a pinch of sea salt.
  2. Add a handful of ice cubes for a thicker texture.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary.
  4. Taste the shake, and if you prefer it sweeter, add an extra drizzle of honey and blend again.
  5. Pour the shake into a tall glass and serve immediately, or refrigerate for later.

💡 Chef's Notes

Serve in a glass with a dusting of cocoa powder on top and a slice of banana on the rim for a stylish touch!
