Classic Chicken Caesar Wraps Tasty and Simple Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 pieces grilled chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 0.5 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.25 cup croutons, crushed
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the sliced grilled chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss well to coat the chicken and lettuce evenly.
- Lay one tortilla on a flat surface. Place a quarter of the chicken Caesar mixture in the center of the tortilla.
- Sprinkle crushed croutons on top of the mixture and add a few cracks of black pepper.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward over the filling and then roll it tightly from the bottom to the top to create a wrap.
- Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- For a warm wrap, you can grill the wraps on a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for an added zest.
