Ingredients

  • 2 pieces grilled chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup croutons, crushed
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the sliced grilled chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss well to coat the chicken and lettuce evenly.
  2. Lay one tortilla on a flat surface. Place a quarter of the chicken Caesar mixture in the center of the tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle crushed croutons on top of the mixture and add a few cracks of black pepper.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward over the filling and then roll it tightly from the bottom to the top to create a wrap.
  5. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. For a warm wrap, you can grill the wraps on a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for an added zest.

For a warm wrap, grill on a skillet for added flavor.
