Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (whole or low-fat)
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • as needed vegetable sticks (carrots, celery, bell peppers) or crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and sour cream. Use a fork or whisk to blend them until smooth and slightly creamy.
  2. Add the ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon juice to the bowl. Stir until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Fold in the chopped chives and parsley for a fresh herbal kick.
  4. Season the dip with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the flavor as desired.
  5. For the best flavor, cover the bowl and let the dip chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve the dip with assorted vegetable sticks or crackers on the side.
