Creamy Avocado Dressing Fresh and Flavorful Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 whole ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
- 0.25 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 0.25 cup fresh cilantro leaves

- as needed water (to thin the dressing, if necessary)
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, add the ripe avocados, Greek yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, honey (or maple syrup), and fresh cilantro.
- Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If the dressing is too thick, gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, and blend until the desired consistency is reached.
- Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste, blending again to incorporate.
- Transfer the creamy avocado dressing to a serving bowl or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
