Creamy Cajun Shrimp Dip Tasty and Simple Delight
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the shredded Monterey Jack cheese, chopped green onions, diced red bell pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well to combine.
- Chop the cooked shrimp into smaller pieces (or leave them whole for a chunkier dip) and fold them into the creamy mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
