Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • to taste salt and black pepper
  • for serving tortilla chips or sliced baguette

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese into the mixture.
  4. Add crushed red pepper flakes, and season with salt and black pepper to your preference. Mix until fully combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

💡 Chef's Notes

Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced baguette. For an extra touch, sprinkle some extra mozzarella or Parmesan on top before baking and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
