Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized Yukon gold potatoes, diced into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Start by rinsing and drying the diced potatoes thoroughly. This is essential for achieving crispiness in the air fryer.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all spices are well combined.
  3. Add the diced potatoes to the bowl and toss them in the seasoned oil mixture until they are evenly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Once preheated, place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding to ensure they cook evenly.
  6. Cook the potatoes at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure they crisp up evenly. Adjust cooking time based on your desired level of crispiness.
  7. Once the potatoes are golden and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
