Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing your ingredients: peel and dice the dragon fruit and slice the banana.
  2. In a blender, combine the diced dragon fruit, banana, chilled coconut milk, Greek yogurt, and honey or agave syrup if desired.
  3. Add the ice cubes to the blender for a refreshing chill.
  4. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, ensuring no lumps remain. Adjust sweetness by adding more honey if needed.
  5. Once blended, pour the smoothie into a tall glass, leaving some space at the top.
  6. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a few small pieces of dragon fruit on top for an attractive presentation.
  7. Serve immediately while the smoothie is fresh and cold.
