Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza dough or homemade if preferred
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), diced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup spinach leaves, roughly chopped
- 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 0.5 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat as well.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a circle or rectangle, according to your preference. Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet or a hot pizza stone.
- Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
- In a bowl, combine the diced bell peppers, sliced red onion, chopped spinach, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced black olives. Season with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Evenly distribute the veggie mixture on top of the cheese layer.
- Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the top for added flavor and richness.
