Ingredients

  • 4 tails lobster
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0 none Lemon wedges, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise down the middle. Gently pull the shell apart to expose the meat.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant but not browned.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice, paprika, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper into the butter-garlic mixture.
  5. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, cut side up. Spoon the garlic butter mixture generously over each lobster tail, making sure to coat the meat well.
  6. Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  7. Once done, remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
  8. Serve the lobster tails with extra garlic butter drizzled over the top and lemon wedges on the side for squeezing.

💡 Chef's Notes

Arrange the lobster tails on a white platter, and sprinkle a bit of extra parsley on top for a pop of color. Serve with the lemon wedges for a fresh garnish.
