Garlic Butter Lobster Tails Simple and Flavorful Dish
Ingredients
- 4 tails lobster
- 0.5 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 0 none Lemon wedges, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise down the middle. Gently pull the shell apart to expose the meat.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant but not browned.
- Stir in the lemon juice, paprika, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper into the butter-garlic mixture.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, cut side up. Spoon the garlic butter mixture generously over each lobster tail, making sure to coat the meat well.
- Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the lobster tails with extra garlic butter drizzled over the top and lemon wedges on the side for squeezing.
💡 Chef's Notes
Arrange the lobster tails on a white platter, and sprinkle a bit of extra parsley on top for a pop of color. Serve with the lemon wedges for a fresh garnish.
