Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • for garnish fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, minced garlic, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Roll out the biscuit dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut each biscuit in half to create two smaller circles.
  4. Take about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture and place it in the center of each dough circle.
  5. Pinch the edges of the biscuit dough together to completely seal the filling inside. Roll into a ball and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Repeat the process until all the filling is used up.
  7. Brush the tops of the bombs with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
