Garlic Parmesan Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs Delight

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- for garnish fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, minced garlic, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Roll out the biscuit dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut each biscuit in half to create two smaller circles.
- Take about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture and place it in the center of each dough circle.
- Pinch the edges of the biscuit dough together to completely seal the filling inside. Roll into a ball and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Repeat the process until all the filling is used up.
- Brush the tops of the bombs with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
