Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs Flavorful Easy Appetizer
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Take each biscuit from the refrigerator and flatten it out into a circle, about 4 inches in diameter.
- Place a generous spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit circle.
- Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling to enclose it completely, pinching to seal tightly.
- Once all bombs are assembled, place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart.
- Brush melted butter over each bomb to promote golden browning.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with minced parsley for a fresh touch before serving.
