Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • to taste salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Take each biscuit from the refrigerator and flatten it out into a circle, about 4 inches in diameter.
  4. Place a generous spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit circle.
  5. Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling to enclose it completely, pinching to seal tightly.
  6. Once all bombs are assembled, place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart.
  7. Brush melted butter over each bomb to promote golden browning.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
  10. Garnish with minced parsley for a fresh touch before serving.
