Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs Tasty Party Treats
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crescent roll dough
- 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and flatten each portion into a mini patty, about 2 inches wide. Place a tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese in the center of each patty. Fold the edges over the cheese to seal and shape them into balls.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into the pre-scored triangles.
- Place one beef ball in the center of each crescent triangle. Fold the dough over the meat, pinching the seams to ensure the filling is completely enclosed.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil with minced garlic. Brush this mixture over each dough-wrapped burger bomb, then sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
- Place the wrapped burger bombs on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Remove from the oven, and while they are still warm, sprinkle with fresh parsley for added flavor and color.
