Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crescent roll dough
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and flatten each portion into a mini patty, about 2 inches wide. Place a tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese in the center of each patty. Fold the edges over the cheese to seal and shape them into balls.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into the pre-scored triangles.
  5. Place one beef ball in the center of each crescent triangle. Fold the dough over the meat, pinching the seams to ensure the filling is completely enclosed.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil with minced garlic. Brush this mixture over each dough-wrapped burger bomb, then sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
  7. Place the wrapped burger bombs on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
  8. Remove from the oven, and while they are still warm, sprinkle with fresh parsley for added flavor and color.
