Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower Flavorful Delight
Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Toss well until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to avoid sticking.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and golden-brown.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot cauliflower, allowing it to melt slightly. Toss to distribute the cheese evenly.
- Transfer the roasted cauliflower to a serving dish and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
