Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

- 0.5 cup red grapes, halved

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken breast and plain Greek yogurt. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated.
- Add the diced celery, red grapes, diced apples, and chopped walnuts to the bowl. Gently fold the ingredients together.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and fold gently to ensure even distribution of the flavors.
- Taste the salad and adjust the seasoning with more salt and pepper if necessary.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the chicken salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
