Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup celery, finely diced
  • 0.25 cup red grapes, halved
  • 0.25 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the lemon juice, dried dill, salt, and pepper to the yogurt mixture, and mix well to incorporate.
  3. Add the shredded chicken, diced celery, halved grapes, and chopped walnuts to the bowl. Gently fold the ingredients together until everything is coated with the yogurt dressing.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled, garnished with chopped fresh parsley on top.

💡 Chef's Notes

Great for meal prep and can be served on a bed of greens or in a sandwich.
