Healthy Greek Yogurt Parfaits Simple and Nutritious Dish
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup granola (preferably low-sugar)
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir well until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
- In serving glasses or bowls, begin layering by placing a few spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.
- Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt, followed by a layer of mixed berries.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
- Garnish each parfait with a sprig of fresh mint for a pop of color and freshness.
