Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 ripe mango diced
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 2 kiwis peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 lime zest
  • to taste fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, diced mango, pineapple, and sliced kiwis.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, fresh lime juice, and lime zest until smooth and well combined.
  3. Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the mixed fruits and gently toss to coat all the fruits evenly.
  4. Allow the fruit salad to sit for about 10 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
  5. Serve the fruit salad in bowls or on a large platter.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
