Ingredients
- 4 pieces bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the chicken thighs in a large baking dish. Pour the honey mustard mixture over the chicken, ensuring they are well coated.
