Ingredients

  • 4 pieces bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a large baking dish. Pour the honey mustard mixture over the chicken, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Arrange the chicken thighs skin side up and drizzle any remaining marinade over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy and golden brown.
  6. Once done, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
