Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the chicken thighs in a large baking dish or on a lined baking sheet. Pour the honey mustard mixture over the thighs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the skin is golden and crispy.
- Optional: For an extra caramelized finish, switch the oven to broil for the last 2-3 minutes, keeping a close eye to avoid burning.
