Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green onions, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Open the refrigerator biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter.
  4. Place approximately 1-2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal securely.
  5. Place the bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of each cheeseburger bomb.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and the meat is cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Serve warm with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
