Irresistible Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green onions, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Open the refrigerator biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter.
- Place approximately 1-2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal securely.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of each cheeseburger bomb.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and the meat is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
