Joes Crab Shack Crab Dip Tasty and Simple Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned)
- 0.5 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 0.25 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the shredded cheddar cheese, lump crab meat, green onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Gently fold until all ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer the crab dip mixture into a baking dish (about 8x8 inches works well) and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
