Lemon Dill Grilled Salmon Simple and Tasty Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 fillets salmon (about 6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon zest of
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, and chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Close the lid and grill for about 4-5 minutes without moving them.
- Carefully flip the salmon fillets using a spatula and grill for another 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
