Ingredients

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well mixed to create your marinade.
- Add the cleaned shrimp to the bowl, ensuring they are coated evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Skewering the shrimp helps prevent them from falling through the grates. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, about 4-5 shrimp per skewer.
- Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Avoid overcooking, as shrimp can become rubbery.
- Once cooked, remove the shrimp from the grill. Let them rest for a minute before serving.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley for a pop of color and added flavor.
