Ingredients
- 1 whole ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 whole banana, frozen
- 0.5 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
- 0.5 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

Instructions
- In a blender, add the diced mango, pineapple chunks, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey (if using), and ground ginger.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more coconut milk to achieve your desired consistency.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
- Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
- Artfully arrange the fresh fruits on top of the smoothie base, creating a visually appealing pattern.
- Sprinkle granola for added texture and crunch, along with chia seeds or shredded coconut for garnish.
- Serve immediately and enjoy a refreshing taste of the tropics!
