Ingredients
- 2 whole ripe mangos, diced
- 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
- 1 whole red bell pepper, finely diced

Instructions
- Begin by peeling and dicing the ripe mangos into small cubes. Place them in a mixing bowl.
- Chop the red onion and red bell pepper into small pieces, and add them to the bowl with the mango.
- Carefully mince the jalapeño, making sure to remove the seeds for a milder taste, and add it to the bowl.
- Add the chopped cilantro to the mixture.
- Squeeze the juice of two limes over the salsa mix.
- Drizzle the olive oil on top and sprinkle with salt to taste.
