Marinated Steak Bites Tender and Flavorful Delight
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 0.25 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- to taste salt
- for garnish fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, black pepper, smoked paprika, and rosemary until well combined.
- Add the bite-sized steak pieces to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to 4 hours for more flavor).
- Preheat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, use tongs to remove the steak bites from the marinade, letting the excess drip off.
- Sear the steak bites in the skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare (adjust time for desired doneness). Do not overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary.
- Remove the steak bites from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- Season with salt to taste and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
