Ingredients

  • 4 pieces pork chops
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook the pork chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  6. Return the pork chops to the skillet and coat them with the garlic butter.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
