Parmesan Crusted Chicken Irresistible and Simple Meal
Ingredients
- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 large eggs

- 0.25 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed.
- Take each chicken breast and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Next, place the chicken in the breadcrumb and cheese mixture, pressing firmly to coat both sides thoroughly.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, carefully add the breaded chicken breasts, cooking for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer the browned chicken breasts to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
- Once out of the oven, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
