Peach Cobbler Dump Cake Delicious and Easy Dessert
Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced (or canned peaches, drained)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 box yellow cake mix (around 15.25 oz)
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 0.5 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- 1 serving vanilla ice cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Stir until the peaches are well coated, and then pour this mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Evenly sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix over the peach mixture, spreading it out to cover completely. Do not stir.
- Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top of the cake mix. If using, sprinkle the chopped nuts over the butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.

Serve individual portions warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and garnish with a slice of fresh peach or mint.
