Ingredients

  • 2 whole ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 whole banana, sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla-flavored)
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • to taste none fresh raspberries and peach slices for topping
  • to taste none granola for crunch
  • to taste none chopped almonds for garnish
  • to taste none mint leaves for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, frozen raspberries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.
  3. Once blended, pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
  4. Decorate the top of the smoothie bowl with fresh peach slices, raspberries, a handful of granola, and chopped almonds for an added crunch.
  5. Finish with a few mint leaves for a pop of color and freshness.

Serve immediately in a wide, shallow bowl to showcase the vibrant colors.
