Peach Melba Smoothie Bowl Flavorful and Healthy Treat
Ingredients
- 2 whole ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 whole banana, sliced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla-flavored)
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- to taste none fresh raspberries and peach slices for topping
- to taste none granola for crunch
- to taste none chopped almonds for garnish
- to taste none mint leaves for decoration
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, frozen raspberries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.
- Once blended, pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
- Decorate the top of the smoothie bowl with fresh peach slices, raspberries, a handful of granola, and chopped almonds for an added crunch.
- Finish with a few mint leaves for a pop of color and freshness.
