Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 2 Greek yogurt
  • 1 2 buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 2 blue cheese or ranch dressing (optional)
  • 1 4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0 Fresh celery sticks and tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
  4. If you enjoy blue cheese flavor, add the blue cheese or ranch dressing at this stage and mix. Adjust the buffalo sauce according to your heat preference.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  8. Serve warm with fresh celery sticks and tortilla chips for dipping.
