Savory Buffalo Chicken Dip Easy Party Favorite
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 2 Greek yogurt
- 1 2 buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 2 blue cheese or ranch dressing (optional)
- 1 4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 4 teaspoon onion powder
- 0 Fresh celery sticks and tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
- If you enjoy blue cheese flavor, add the blue cheese or ranch dressing at this stage and mix. Adjust the buffalo sauce according to your heat preference.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with fresh celery sticks and tortilla chips for dipping.
