Savory Honey Garlic Green Beans Quick and Easy Dish
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions
- Start by washing the fresh green beans and trimming the ends. Set them aside.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and both oils (olive and sesame). Whisk until well mixed.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the green beans. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they begin to brighten in color and soften slightly.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the sautéed green beans and toss to coat evenly.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the green beans are tender-crisp and the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
- Transfer the green beans to a serving platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish.
