Sheet Pan Garlic Butter Steak Bites Simple Delight
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, combine the steak bites with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss until the steak is well coated.
- Spread the seasoned steak bites evenly on one side of the baking sheet.
- On the other side of the baking sheet, scatter the halved cherry tomatoes and trimmed green beans. Drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the butter into small pieces and dot it over the steak bites.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness (medium-rare recommended). Flip the steak bites halfway through for even cooking.
- Once cooked, take the sheet pan out of the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish the dish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
