Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse the asparagus under cold water and trim the tough ends. Place them on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the lemon-garlic mixture over the asparagus, ensuring they are well-coated. Toss lightly to distribute evenly.
- If you prefer some heat, sprinkle the red pepper flakes over the asparagus.
