Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • to taste none Graham crackers (for dipping)
  • optional none crushed nuts or a sprinkle of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In an oven-safe skillet or baking dish, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat.
  3. Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips to the skillet, spreading them evenly.
  4. Pour the vanilla extract over the chocolate chips, gently stirring to combine until smooth.
  5. Top the melted chocolate with an even layer of mini marshmallows, covering the chocolate completely.
  6. Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and puffed.
  7. Carefully remove from the oven, and if desired, sprinkle crushed nuts or a pinch of sea salt on top for added flavor.
  8. Serve immediately with graham crackers for dipping. Enjoy this gooey, chocolatey treat!
