Strawberry Banana Smoothie Pops Cool and Refreshing Treat
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 0.5 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, bananas, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste the mixture and add more sweetener if necessary, blending again to combine.
- Pour the smoothie mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top to allow for expansion while freezing.
- Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and place in the freezer.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully set.
- To remove the pops from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help loosen them. Gently pull on the sticks to release the pops.
💡 Chef's Notes
Serve the pops on a colorful plate or stand them upright in a tall glass filled with fresh berries for a fun display. Optionally, sprinkle with shredded coconut or granola on the sides for added texture. Enjoy!
