Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 0.5 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, bananas, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste the mixture and add more sweetener if necessary, blending again to combine.
  4. Pour the smoothie mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top to allow for expansion while freezing.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and place in the freezer.
  6. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully set.
  7. To remove the pops from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help loosen them. Gently pull on the sticks to release the pops.

💡 Chef's Notes

Serve the pops on a colorful plate or stand them upright in a tall glass filled with fresh berries for a fun display. Optionally, sprinkle with shredded coconut or granola on the sides for added texture. Enjoy!
